Customers should remove all personal belongings, money and other significant items from their vehicle, boat, RV, ATV, bike, or room prior to any type of service. If the detailer has to remove your belongings, you may be subject to an additional cleaning fee and longer service time.

Cleaning Inside Out reserves the right to change pricing based on conditions of the vehicle, boat, RV, ATV, flooring, and furniture.

TRAVEL FEE: Mobile service pricing does include a $30 travel fee which is due as a deposit for locations within a 30 mile radius from our Wyandotte, MI address. Any location further than 30 miles will incur an additional $1 per mile after 30 miles due at the time final payment is collected.

EXCESSIVE CLEANING FEE: All vehicles are ON CONDITION, $50 fee will be applied to your final bill when a vehicle has the following: embedded sand, excessive staining on seats, carpet and/or headliner, crayon/marker/pen marks, hay, food, spilled liquids, vomit, pet waste, pet hair, human waste, mold, stained leather and shattered glass.

DEPOSIT: At this time, deposits are required for all services. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and will go towards your service or will count as a cancellation fee if you do not show for your appointment.
Cleaning Inside Out will not accept any liability for any loss or damage to any personal property including the vehicle, boat, RV, ATV, bike, flooring, and furniture being serviced, any belongings contained inside of the vehicle or to the location of service. Assure that your vehicle is being serviced in a lawful and safe area and if you feel otherwise please communicate your concerns with the detailer.

All vehicles, boats, RVs, ATVs, bikes, floors, and furniture is cleaned at the customers own risk and must be able to withstand normal cleaning processes.

Our service times are an estimate only. Each service is different and may require more or less time to fulfill the service type.

We reserve the right to alter or move a booking in line with staffing levels and/or weather conditions and /or machinery or equipment failure.

Cleaning Inside Out reserves the right to alter or amend a booking time/date without penalty but wherever possible will let the customer know.

If a customer cancels within 24 hours of scheduled appointment time, you must pay in full on the booking website for Cleaning Inside Out to confirm your rescheduled appointment.

If a customer misses their scheduled appointment and has paid in full, you are subject to forfeiting a refund at the discretion of Cleaning Inside Out.

Cleaning Inside Out will not tolerate any verbal or physical abuse towards any of its staff under any circumstances and will take the relevant actions should any such behaviors be encountered.
